Keegan Alexander Vasquez, a 3-year-old boy from Clyde, Texas, tragically died on January 31, 2020, from an accidental shooting. The incident occurred when Keegan found a .25 caliber pistol on a table in his great grandmother's bedroom and began playing with it. Unfortunately, the gun went off, and the bullet lodged between his brain and nose. He was rushed to Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, but despite medical efforts, he passed away later that night.
