Noe Sifuentes Jr., a 27-year-old man from San Juan, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 12, 2020. The incident occurred in the 600 block of West Third Street, where Sifuentes was found face down and unresponsive. His mother, who was present at the scene, identified him and informed the police that her son had been shot by a gang member. Another witness corroborated this account, stating that the shooter, later identified as Jacob Arroyo, had confronted Sifuentes and shot him multiple times, ...
