Death by Force

Byron Handy, an 18-year-old male from Baytown, Texas, tragically died on March 27, 2020, from a single gunshot wound. Handy was found lying on the street on Lee Drive, having been shot during an interaction with three individuals inside a light-colored Tahoe. Surveillance footage showed Handy hanging onto the vehicle's passenger side door before falling to the ground as the vehicle sped away.
