Phillip Thomas Graves, a six-year-old boy from Bay City, Texas, tragically passed away on June 16, 2020. Phillip was born on January 28, 2014, to Sarah Jean Crawford and Jacob Santos Graves. He is survived by his parents, his sister Alyssa Lillian Graves, and numerous other family members who loved him dearly.
