Tommy Scott Talley, a 19-year-old male from Poolville, Texas, tragically died on April 24, 2020. According to reports, Talley was fatally shot at his home in the 9700 block of West State Highway 199. Witnesses stated that Talley went outside to meet an unknown person and was shot in the roadway before running back to his home, where he collapsed at the doorway.
