Peggy Barnes Franklin, a 66-year-old woman from North Richland Hills, Texas, tragically lost her life on April 24, 2020. She was found dead in her apartment from gunshot wounds during an early morning break-in. Another woman was also injured in the incident, but fortunately, two children present were unharmed.
