James Ellis Davis, a 25-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically died on April 26, 2020, from a gunshot wound to the neck. He was found at an apartment on Silver Creek Drive, where paramedics attempted to provide medical assistance, but he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
