William Bill Jones Jr., a 75-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on September 1, 2020, in Harker Heights, Texas. He was found shot to death in the driver's seat of his vehicle at Cedar Gap Park at Stillhouse Hollow Lake. Jones had worked for the Killeen Independent School District transportation department for 12 years. His death came on the same day he was terminated from his job following an accident involving a student who was hit by a truck after getting off the bus.
