Jose Alcacio Rubio, a 26-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. He was found lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot near Golden Chick at 3071 West Northwest Highway. Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.
