Jose Alcacio Rubio, a 26-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. He was found lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot near Golden Chick at 3071 West Northwest Highway. Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.

The investigation revealed that a physical altercation occurred between Rubio and 26-year-old Hector Manuel Ledezma prior to the shooting. Witnesses informed the police that Ledezma ...
