On the afternoon of April 24, 2015, a 26-year-old man named Michael Jackson was fatally shot in a parking lot near the popular City Museum in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of Lucas Avenue and North 14th Street, a busy area often frequented by tourists and locals visiting the museum.
