Mark Alan Elmore, a 53-year-old man from Fort Worth, Texas, was tragically found murdered on November 30, 2020. Elmore, who was born on November 4, 1967, in Cleburne, Texas, was well-known in his community for his strong work ethic and his ownership of Cowtown Excavation and Concrete.
