Leungsak Preston Blake Mrugalski II, a 25-year-old male of mixed ethnicity, tragically passed away on December 22, 2020, in Arlington, Texas. He was born on October 8, 1995, and his death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred on the same day. Mrugalski was one of two victims shot multiple times in the incident, which took place around 4:45 p.m. on the 1500 block of Summer Bay Circle. The other victim was injured but survived.
