Issac Norah Mozeke, a 32-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on December 28, 2020. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of South Boulevard and S. Malcolm X Boulevard. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found Mozeke who had been shot multiple times. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
