Jonathan Tisby, a 30-year-old male, tragically died on January 12, 2021, in Highlands, TX. His death was the result of a murder committed by Fransha Brooks, who confessed to shooting him multiple times and then driving his car into a canal. The incident occurred after an argument, and Tisby's body was discovered in the car two days later when authorities located the submerged vehicle.
