Christopher Joseph Phillips, a 31-year-old male, tragically lost his life on January 24, 2021, in Houston, Texas. He was found deceased in the driver's seat of his vehicle at 5200 Reed Road, having been shot multiple times. An adult male passenger in the vehicle was also discovered with gunshot wounds but survived and was transported to a hospital in stable condition.
