Sandra P. De La Cruz, a 27-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity from Del Rio, Texas, tragically passed away on March 7, 2021. Her death was the result of a shooting incident that took place at the San Felipe Cemetery in Del Rio. Sandra was found lying facedown on a gravel road at the edge of the cemetery early that morning.
