Efrain Mendoza, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from Austin, Texas, was found dead on April 11, 2021, in an abandoned school in Whitt, Parker County, Texas. His body, along with that of 26-year-old Daniel Gomez from Waco, Texas, was discovered near the front door of the school. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office ruled both deaths as homicides caused by gunshot wounds.
