Lauryn Koleen Barrett, a 3-year-old girl from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically died on April 18, 2021. The incident occurred at Oakland Lake Park, where Lauryn was inside a vehicle. According to reports, Lauryn accidentally shot herself after finding a gun inside the car. The shooting was initially reported as accidental, and family members on the scene confirmed that the toddler found the gun within the vehicle.
