In the early morning hours of November 18, 2015, the life of 39-year-old Jermaine Lavell Williams, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. in the 1400 block of Hickory Lane, a location situated near the intersection of Truman Parkway and Chouteau Avenue, just south of the downtown area.
