Marc Anthony Montes, a 39-year-old man, was fatally shot on October 5, 2021, near a Shell gas station in the 7000 block of Snider Plaza, University Park, Dallas, TX. Montes was riding in a Ford truck driven by Jennifer Montes, who is believed to be a family member, when he was shot. Witnesses reported that Montes was pushed out of the truck immediately after the shooting, and the truck drove away. He was taken to Parkland Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
