Michael Anthony Buchanan, a 32-year-old African American male from Orange, Texas, was found dead on November 14, 2021. His body was discovered inside a bullet-ridden car on the 1300 block of West John Street. The Orange Police Department received a report of shots fired at approximately 8:45 p.m. and arrived on the scene shortly after.
