Jordan E. Taynor, a 33-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally assaulted on March 19, 2016, at the Central West End MetroLink platform in St. Louis, Missouri. An argument with an unknown man escalated, resulting in the assailant punching Taynor. The force of the blow caused him to fall and strike his head on the concrete platform. He was transported to a local hospital and spent two weeks on life support before succumbing to his injuries on April 1, 2016.
