Jonathan Ray Espinoza, a 39-year-old male, was fatally shot on January 4, 2022, in Tulia, Texas. The incident occurred early in the morning at approximately 7:30 a.m. when officers from the Tulia Police Department were dispatched to the 800 block of North El Paso following reports of a shooting.
