After high school, he continued his basketball career at Lake Land College in Mattoon, Illinois. His mother, Ronda Williams, remembers him not only for his athletic prowess but also for his unique sense of style and his ability to light up a room. The pain of her son's unsolved murder remains a heavy burden, a sentiment shared by many other families in St. Louis who have lost loved ones to violence.
