Heliodoro Arias Flores Jr., a 28-year-old Hispanic male from Austin, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2022. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of Ojos Locos Sports Cantina in North Austin. Flores was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries several hours later. The incident occurred just after 10:30 p.m., and another victim, Juan Carlos Loarca-Villatoro, was pronounced dead at the scene.
