Joseph A. Lockhart, a 34-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically died on March 19, 2022. He was killed in the red parking garage at the Galleria. According to police reports, Lockhart sustained a fatal bullet wound to his chest after running away from the shooter. He was then struck by a car that was fleeing the scene. The incident occurred following a fight with other men, although the driver of the car was not involved in the altercation.
