Simon Tovar Jr., a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Hereford, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2022. The incident occurred following a fight near 13th Street and Star Street in Hereford. According to reports, Simon was involved in a physical altercation with another individual, which led to him being shot. Despite the immediate response from Hereford EMS and police officers, Simon succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
