Concepta St. Hilaire, a 52-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on June 25, 2022, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was found dead in the backyard of a residence on Cartwright Road, having suffered a gunshot wound. The incident was part of a double homicide, with Mark Barnett, also 52, being shot and killed in the driveway of the same residence.
