Joseph Bernard III, a 29-year-old man from Kingwood, Texas, tragically lost his life on July 20, 2022. Bernard was fatally shot during an altercation at an apartment complex in the 4900 block of Magnolia Cove Drive. According to reports, Bernard got into a physical fight with an unidentified suspect, which escalated when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot him multiple times.
