Alvin McShaw II, a 27-year-old male, tragically died on September 12, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas. He was shot by Isaiah Elijah Acosta, 24, at an apartment complex on Oak Manor Drive in the Medical Center area. McShaw was found with a gunshot wound to the head outside Acosta's apartment and was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
