Jacqueline Elaine Perkins, a 31-year-old woman from Jasper, Texas, tragically lost her life on September 21, 2022. The incident was determined to be a murder-suicide. According to the Jasper County Sheriff's Office, Jacqueline was shot by Jacob Andrew Holmes, 55, who was also from Jasper. After shooting Jacqueline, Jacob turned the gun on himself. The incident occurred at Jacob's home on County Road 234, off County Road 233, in the Harrisburg Community.
