Cesar Moreno-Pompa, a 30-year-old Hispanic male from Dallas, was tragically killed in a road rage shooting on October 23, 2022, in Garland, Texas. Moreno-Pompa, a construction worker, was traveling on I-635 when a dark-colored SUV cut him off. Moreno-Pompa then passed the SUV, and the suspect, later identified as Davante Chatman, pulled up alongside Moreno-Pompa's vehicle and fired multiple shots, killing him instantly.
