David Pacheco, a 52-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on November 10, 2022, in Northeast El Paso, Texas. The incident occurred in the 5600 block of Robert Drive, where police were notified of a possible shooting around 2 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered David Pacheco's lifeless body. A second victim, identified only as a man, was later found at a home on Kenneth Street. This individual was uncooperative with the investigation.
