Ines Quiroga, a 49-year-old man from San Antonio, TX, tragically lost his life on December 15, 2022, due to a fatal road rage incident. The incident occurred on Lebanon Street, where Quiroga was blocked by two vehicles. After honking his horn and attempting to address the situation, Quiroga exited his car and was shot by Joe Longoria, who was in the passenger seat of a Dodge Challenger.
