Diane Marie Collins, a 14-year-old female student, tragically lost her life on November 15, 1995, in Lynnville, Tennessee. She was a freshman at Richland High School when she was fatally shot by a fellow student, Jamie Rouse, who was 17 years old at the time. The incident occurred during a school shooting rampage that also claimed the life of teacher Carolyn Foster and injured another teacher, Carol Yancey.
