Hubert Dean "John John" Yancey, a 35-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was a dedicated deputy with the Scott County Sheriff's Department in Tennessee. On November 28, 2003, he was tragically shot and killed during a drug bust at a mobile home in Oneida, Tennessee.
