In the quiet town of Gallatin, Tennessee, a promising life was tragically cut short. Kaitlyn Marie Vitt Wilchenski, a 25-year-old Caucasian woman, was found deceased in her apartment at the Wellington Farms Apartments on Big Station Camp Boulevard on February 19, 2014.
