A mother of three is found strangled to death in her home by her son
Lydia Naomi Gutierrez, aged 27, was killed on August 12, 2010, in her apartment in Gallatin, Tennessee. The homicide was discovered when her 8-year-old son returned home from school to find his mother dead and his two younger siblings, aged 1 and 2, alone in the home. The young boy gathered his brothers and went to a neighbor's house, who subsequently called the police.
