James Earl Chase Hoover, a 31-year-old man from Lebanon, Tennessee, tragically died on May 7, 2014, at his residence. Born in Nashville, he was the son of Jeanie Hudson Hoover and the late Kenneth Hoover. Chase Hoover was a 2002 graduate of Lebanon High School and worked in construction.
