Michael Anthony Nuzzo, a 19-year-old male from Big Sandy, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2015. The incident occurred following a confrontation outside a gas station in Big Sandy. The altercation led to Nuzzo being shot by George Edward Burns III.
