Marcedez Teroy Bell, a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Charlotte, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2016. Bell was one of two victims found dead from multiple gunshot wounds at a Charlotte park. The incident also left Montae Springer, another individual present at the scene, recovering from multiple gunshot wounds in a Nashville hospital.
