Mindy Rutland, a 37-year-old woman from Pegram, Tennessee, tragically lost her life on July 13, 2016, in Fairview, TN. Rutland was one of two women found on the front porch of a home on Southern Road in Fairview after sheriff's deputies responded to a shots fired call just after 7:30 p.m. The other woman, 48-year-old Kim Patterson of Nashville, was found wounded and taken to a nearby hospital. Rutland was pronounced dead at the scene.
