Samantha "Stormy" Carter, a 16-year-old girl from Pulaski, Tennessee, tragically lost her life on September 4, 2017. She was shot in the head at the Richland Inn, where she was staying with her boyfriend, Colton Perryman, 18. Samantha was 22 weeks pregnant at the time, and her unborn baby girl, Scarlett Danielle, also did not survive. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Samantha was pronounced dead hours later.
