In the small community of Luttrell, Tennessee, a dispute between neighbors over a wandering dog escalated into a fatal encounter, claiming the life of 26-year-old Adam Marcus Paulette on October 13, 2017. Paulette, a resident of Luttrell, was a married father and a member of the Circle Assembly of God. The tragic events of that Friday unfolded when Paulette's family dog strayed into the yard of his neighbor, 59-year-old Martin L. Gammon.
