On January 7, 2018, 23-year-old Tavon Wilson was found deceased inside his apartment at 119 Bennett Drive, Apartment C, in Clarksville, Tennessee. Officers from the Clarksville Police Department responded to the residence to conduct a welfare check and discovered Wilson with multiple gunshot wounds. The investigation into his death was extensive and ongoing for several years.
