In the early hours of the Fourth of July in 2017, the life of 34-year-old Harry Atkins was cut short in St. Louis, Missouri. Atkins, a male, was found shot in the chest around 1:30 a.m. The incident took place in the 2800 block of North Grand Boulevard, a detail that paints a grim picture of the violence that marred the holiday celebrations.
