Roger Preston Kelley, a 69-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically passed away on August 12, 2018, in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee. He was a beloved father and a member of the Church of God Faith. His death was ruled a homicide after he was found shot multiple times at his residence on Hotwater Road.
