Deon Michael Rutherford, a 19-year-old male from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically passed away on November 1, 2018, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. He was brought to the hospital shortly after 10:15 p.m. that evening, having been shot. Despite the efforts of emergency room personnel, Deon was pronounced dead at the hospital. The circumstances surrounding his death involved a shooting incident, and the Madison County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation into the matter.
