Michael Lee Joyner, a 40-year-old man from Decatur, Tennessee, tragically passed away on December 15, 2018. He was a United States Army veteran who had served in Afghanistan and was employed with Government Surplus in Decatur. Joyner was known to enjoy fishing and was a member of the Baptist faith.
