Edith Betty Ralph, a 76-year-old woman from Elizabethton, Tennessee, passed away on April 6, 2019, at her residence. She was a loving wife and sister, well-known in her community for her kind and giving nature. Edith was a homemaker and an active member of the Slagle Methodist Church.
